Sandbag lift x 15 @ 150lbs
Notes:
In a perfect world it would have been shouldered. In my world, not so much. Interesting workout.
My last weight gaining experience ended up with a 25lbs gain, maybe 8 or so actual muscle. I’m sitting at 160 right now looking on the chubby side. I’d like to see 170 at least, 180 in my dream land WHILE being active. I can live with being fat, it’s the out of shape part that hurts my feelings.

It was an OK day. The running was PT related…which was fairly gay. If you’re in charge of leading a group of people through exercise, please show a little originality. Boring = bad
Bulking = Just eating more. The last time I got plenty fat, but I also didn’t move much at all. This time I figure I’ll probably get plenty fat, but crossing my fingers that being active will make coming out of the fatness a little less painful. The calorie counting and doing things “the right way” is just a challenge that I really don’t want to deal with. It’s not “that” hard, but it’s a little more time consuming than I really care to invest in. When I’m tired of being fat I’ll pull a Dan John and declare war on the fatness for a month and knock off a layer. Until then, try to take full advantage of an elevated calorie intake.

It doesn’t really look hard but it’s freaking brutal. I took off quite a bit and tried to make what I did “technically sound”. Figure it’s better to have form than just to flail around wildly.
I also decided to go back up in weight. This time I’m going try to be a “fit fatty” vs a mildly strong fatty.

The addition of the “Every Thing’s Over My Head” review marks number 25 for this blog. Even though one of them is a guest review, I’m still claiming a milestone here.
