I was a bit of a slack ass putting everything together today. I delayed everything until the very last possible moment. “But” I got everything in. I bruised the shit out of my leg this morning kicking the pads (and an elbow by accident). In other news this is probably the first run in a while that felt like “I’m not going to die at any moment”.

. Split my lip and bloodied my nose (first time ever). To add insult to injury my shoulder is jacked. It was pretty sore yesterday but today was a pretty heavy loss of strength. That’s probably not a good sign.
