Review:
Layout\Format
New and improved with a nice clean look. The new e-book contains very little white space and is easy to read. 148 pages total with a natural progression through the chapters.
Commentary:
This product is designed not as a stand alone but as an assistant guide to other programs\products that you may already own. As such don’t purchase this thinking that it holds your hand telling you exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and then how to design a resistance program because it won’t. You’d be better off thinking that this is a set of basic principles to apply to existing programs that will ensure that you actually succeed in achieving your fat loss goals.
Broken down into 19 chapters, each provides key points to look at in each (aerobic\resistance training, measuring, hydration, psychology, etc). Each chapter is 4-5 pages and is presented in a style similar to a board room briefing, bullet point explanations consisting of only relevant information. The final chapter is laid out as a “putting it together” where you can go line by line to ensure that you’ve covered the variety of topics of importance that you need to cover and what areas you might need to re-address.
While not truly a stand alone “program” it’s refreshing to see a solid package of guidance that doesn’t present a miracle cure and is quick to point the finger at the dieter vs the diet. The book is designed from a standpoint that you’ll apply the knowledge gained when things don’t go right. Of course you could read this first and then not run into the problems to begin with, but you do what you do. As a solid source of information that can be applied to any diet that the reader wants to try out, the “Fat Loss Troubleshoot” is easy to recommend.
